What makes a vendor a favorite for me? Their products, of course, but more than that it's often their support, customer care, and sometimes just their simply acts of kindness. Most of those I'll list here I've purchased from at one time or another, and it's been a wonderful experience. Others have had enough said of them that they are worthy of mention.
